This fantastic 1 BD apartment is located in Damac Heights Tower, Dubai Marina.

Damac Heights complex is located near the JBR public beach, in 6 min walk.

There are plenty cafes and restaurants around. Tram station is in 2 min walk, metro station is in 12 min walk. Famous Marina Mall is located on another side of the marina canal, in 8 min walk.

Apartment consists of a master bedroom, living room, kitchen. There is a guest washroom and a full bathroom with bath tube. All necessary things are there: towels, bed linen, kitchen amenities.

There is a fantastic view from the balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee- the view of Marina Canal and partial sea view is just a breath taking!

The check-in is after 2 pm
Check-out is before 11 am
Early check-in (from 9 am) is subjest to availability and requires 50% of nightly rate.
Late check-out (before 3 pm) is subject to availability and requires 50% of nightly rate.
The check -in before 9 am and check-out after 3 pm is subject to availability and requires 100% of nightly rate in addition.

Interaction with Guests

Our responsibility is to provide a check in/out service with explanation of how to use electronics in the apartment, overview of the around area. For any questions whatss app/sms/email are also available ( only if reservation is confirmed).

The Neighborhood

About Bay Central:

Central Tower is the tallest building within the Bay Central Complex which consists of 2 residential Towers and Intercontinental Hotel. It is a luxury community perfectly situated in the walking distance to JBR beach, Marina Walk, JBR Walk, Marina Mall, Tram station ect.
There are 2 swimming pools (for children and for adults), a GYM and a barbecue area.Very clean reception (lobby) area.

About Dubai Marina:

At the heart of ‘New Dubai' the Marina is more than 3 km long and is encircled by a broad, landscaped promenade, a favourite among strollers, walkers, joggers and cyclists. Along the waterfront are numerous restaurants and cafes where you can sit at sunset and watch the 200 surrounding skyscrapers begin to light up to create a spectacular backdrop as the evening dinner cruises glide out to sea.

Most of the skyscrapers are residential and the Marina has its own mall with over 130 shops, a supermarket and a six-screen cinema. There are several hotels and clubs buzzing with night life and by day you can hire a boat, take a tour, or catch one of the regular ferries to Dubai's historic old town of Deira.

House Rules

1) The apartment is Strictly Non-smoking. Breaching of this rule will result in 500$ fine. Smoking is allowed at the balcony only.
2) In case of keys, cards or remote control loss, guest will be charged: 27 USD for a key replacement, 137 USD for access card/remote control replacement. Price includes pure cost of the replacement item plus extra times spend of the company staff for issuing the items.
3) Pets are not allowed. Bringing the Pet on the check in will result in reservation cancellation with no reimbursement.
4) Any damage of the items will request the deposit charge according to the bill from the maintenance company.
5) Passport copies of all guests should be emailed us after the reservation is confirmed according to the UAE LAW. Not following to this rule will ends in cancelling the reservation as per cancellation policy.
6) Cleaning/towel change in not included in the price and available as additional service only. Price should be confirmed in advance, cleaning should be scheduled/requested at least 36 hours in advance.
We provide cleaning(and bring towels) only before the check in, to ensure that guests are coming to fresh apartment.
7) Check in and check out time should be confirmed with the host after the booking is made. Guest is responsible to provide correct arrival details and ensure that info received by the host. This is important for the fast and smooth check in process. This is private apartment and we should be able to reach the place for the check in at the agreed time.
8) The following extras are not included in the price and should be requested and paid at least 24 hours before the arrival:
- extra bed linen set 45 USD
-baby cot (up to 6 months and up to 2 years) 90USD
- early check in/late check-out(if available)
