Choose the apartment you are interested in on our web site and send the inquiry through the web site to check the availability. Please mention your contact number, email address, number of guests, preferences and approximate arrival time.

After the confirmation of booking administrator you can book apartment using Visa or Master card.

Full prepayment is required.

Delivery fee is Free of charge.

Upon payment we will send you booking confirmation with the exact address of the apartment and arrival instructions. If payment is made from 9 am to 6 pm local time, booking confirmation will be sent in an hour, if any other time, booking confirmation will be sent maximum by 12noon of the following day.

After the booking is confirmed passport copies of each guest should be sent to our email office@apricusholidayhomes.com in order for us to register you with building security and  DTCM.

Security refundable deposit should be paid in cash during the check-in. It will be refunded on the day of check-out after the inspection of the apartment.

Security refundable deposit can be paid in AED  or equivalent amount in USD,EUR or GBP in cash during the check-in and will be refunded with no delay during the check-out after returning keys and cards. Security refundable deposit is is 2.000 AED for Studio Apartments and 1 Bedroom apartments and 3.000 AED for 2 Bedroom Apartments.
